“- I wanted to contact a hotel to confirm our reservation, because online payment was not succesfull (according my bank) even Expedia thought is was already paid. - It was hard to contact them, one phone numbers on expedia pages is wrong. When I contacted them on another number, person there had no idea about my reservation. Mass with reservations and their evidence. - Hotel pushed us to have a silvester dinner and self service cathering with champane (30 euro/person), but the cathering...

“Great value for money. Old communist era hotel but well renovated, clean and comfortable. In a nice location, ski area a hiking trails nearby. Good breakfast. Better hotel than other more expensive options in the area.”

“Unser Ziel war - ein kurzer Tripp nach Tschechien. Wir haben aber viel mehr bekommen - die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und bis auf das Kleinste mit allem ausgestattet und in einem Top Zustand. Die Lage ist ideal - sehr naheliegend an Ski-Pisten, Sumava Nationalpark und anderen interessanten Ausflügszielen. Erholung pure.”

“A quiet place. Reasonably clean bed and bathroom. Fridge is not cleaned and had dirt and dust. I had to wipe the fridge before being able to use it. There is lots of thick dust on the walls and crevices. Restaurant has lots of dust as well. Very small room but spacious bathroom. Recommend if you use it for sleep only.”

“Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und 3 Kinder - alle waren begeistert. Für Kinder war Sauna und Becken jeden Abend ein Erlebnis, wir haben gegrillt, gespielt, - das Haus ist auch für 8 Personen sehr groß! Alle Küchenutensilien waren da, sogar zwei Kaffemaschinen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten nicht weit entfernt - bis 30-40 km Autofahrt konnten wir Zoo, Schwimmanlagen, HIstorische Innenstädte erreichen. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.”

“Sehr schönes altes Haus. Wir waren 7 Personen und 2 Hunde. Jedes Zimmer hat eine Dusche mit WC. Lage wunderbar wenn man gerne die Natur genießen will. Die Verwalterin war sehr sehr freundlich. Kommen bestimmt wieder, weil es sehr gemütlich war. Für Jedermann der keinen Luxus braucht. Super schön”

“Sehr freundliches Ambiente, helle Einrichtung. , viel Licht. Küchenausstattung ist überdurchschnittlich. An viele Kleinigkeiten der Küchenausstattung ist gedacht und die wichtigsten Basislebensmittel für das erste Kochen sind vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr gut und man kann auch ohne Auto einige Wanderungen direkt vom Haus beginnen. Kleiner Lebensmittelladen für das nötigste ca. 300 m entfernt. Vermieter sehr nett , aber zurückhaltend. Sie sind aber nicht immer vor Ort, aber telefonisch gut zu...

"Buona location , alcune stanze hanno bella vista e sono confortevoli altre assolutamente no. Sarebbe andato tutto bene - dopo un cambio di stanza - se solo avessero più attenzione alle esigenze dei clienti : non danno le informazioni di base per un facile arrivo ? Non danno le informazioni di base per un soggiorno confortevole e soprattutto non sembrano propensi a venire incontro alle esigenze minime dei loro ospiti. Nulla da ridire su pulizia e servizio da parte delle maestranze ….. non altrettanto dal front- end ."

"Hotel top. Più centrale non si può. Parcheggio a pagamento ma comodo. Camera ampia ed elegante. Colazione ottima in una bellissima sala d’epoca con vista bellissima sulla piazza."
